Profile

I worked as a nurse in the general sector of the NHS before specializing in Mental Health. After working in a managerial role for several years, I decided to change direction and move into Occupational Health - mainly in industry.


During this time, I became aware of the obvious emotional connection to many physical illnesses and mental health conditions. I also experienced the benefits of a more holistic approach, which was the beginning of my interest in complementary therapies.


I now enjoy using Energy Psychology techniques - especially EFT, to address the core issues of many physical and emotional problems to help my clients overcome the debilitating problems associated with long-term stress. I also use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), this whole body approach often works faster, in comparison to conventional counselling, so that many clients may require fewer sessions to feel real results.
